My work is rooted in the understanding that true change does not come from the outside in. It begins in the body, in the nervous system, in the energetic patterns we carry. 

Over the course of one weekend, you will be guided through a process that works on multiple layers — physical, emotional, and energetic — so that what you carry home is not inspiration, but transformation.

Nestled on the shores of one of Muskoka's most pristine lakes, this intimate resort offers the natural beauty, stillness, and spaciousness that deep work requires. Mornings at the water. Evenings in warmth and candlelight.
